Michelle Bosley

I am passionate about helping people of all fitness levels lead a fitter and healthier lifestyle through the use of group exercise and 1-1 personal training sessions. I am also qualified to train clients with medical conditions, older adults and pre/post natal clients. Health and Fitness has always been important to me; I have always enjoyed being active, playing sports, dancing and I loved going to group exercise classes.  I created my business 'Fit2thebeat', to help motivate others to find their love of fitness. Exercise should not only be fun but also make you feel great, so I offer exercise classes and personal training sessions that put the emphasis on the fun as much as the workout. All of my fitness classes are suitable for adults of any ability; I always offer high and low impact options so that you can tailor the class to your fitness level.

If you are interested in trying a personal training session to help with improving your health and fitness then book today for a free consultation so that we can focus on your personal goals and design a programme to suit your needs.

I look forward to helping you on your fitness journey.

Michelle Bosley- owner of Fit2thebeat

Michelle Bosley first launched 'Fit2thebeat' in 2018 after success with building her Fitsteps classes. 'Fit2thebeat' prides itself on offering high-quality, reasonably-priced, fun fitness classes and personal training sessions that are achievable for all ages, fitness levels and abilities. Our aim is to make fitness fun!

Starting with one Fitsteps class in 2014, Michelle has expanded her business and now teaches at many different venues across Reading. Michelle is a level 2 group exercise instructor and level 3 personal trainer with a level 3 qualification in exercise referral (clients with medical conditions), exercise for older adults and pre/post natal exercise.

Michelle trained as a Fitsteps instructor in 2014 with Ian Waite, one of the co-founders of Fitsteps and well-known dancer from BBC's Strictly Come Dancing. After launching her Fitsteps class at Caversham Health and Fitness Club in December 2014, 'Fit2thebeat' now provide the Ballroom and Latin dance fitness programme at many venues across Reading. Michelle has a background in dance. She started Ballroom and Latin lessons as a child and went on to teach Salsa and Belly Dance before becoming a fitness instructor. In 2018, 'Fit2thebeat' launched their own dance fitness class, Cardio Dance MIx, combining Michelle's dance and fitness background. The lively dance workouts are choreographed using many different dance steps and styles. Find out more about our Cardio Dance Mix classes.

'Fit2thebeat' expanded their variety of exercise classes in 2018 when Michelle trained to become a Waterworks aqua aerobics instructor. The Waterworks fitness programme is changing people's perception of water aerobics for the better.

Michelle completed her kettlebell instructor training in 2019 and uses them regularly with personal training clients because they are a great way to combine both cardio and strength training in one workout. Michelle completed her padwork instructor training in February 2020 and now uses this effective cardio and strength workout in her personal training sessions.

In 2020, Michelle gained her level 3 personal trainer qualification. She is a mobile personal trainer who can conveniently fit in with your lifestyle by training you in the comfort of your own home. Book now for a free consultation.

Michelle has a level 3 diploma in Exercise Referral which qualifies her to train clients with managed health conditions including: diabetes, asthma, COPD, osteoporosis, arthritis, hypertension, hypercholesterolaemia, depression, obesity, stress, anxiety and joint replacement surgery.
