Whether you are a beginner or accustomed to regular exercise, we have a class for you. From dance fitness classes to kettlebell strength training classes we pride ourselves on offering high-quality, fun, friendly classes for all fitness levels.

I could rave about Michelle’s dance fitness classes for hours but in a nutshell, they are fun, motivating, make your body feel free and alive, safe, for all levels, interesting, good for both cardio and strength, totally sustainable and did I say fun?!! As for Michelle, she is truly one of the nicest people you will ever meet, so welcoming and patient....and she really knows her stuff so you can be sure of a good safe workout to great music that just leaves you feeling fantastic. Over 2 years in and I still get excited going to class - thank you Michelle, you totally revived my love of exercising.

I always really look forward to Michelle's kettlebell class and always try to fit an extra one in if my diary allows. She has such great energy about her, all exercises are explained in such a clear way with brilliant demonstrations and hand on guidance if needed. I've never attended an Aqua class quite as good as Michelle's! Dispelling the myth that Aqua is only for the older & less fit among us, this class really does stand out from any I have been to before! Different intensity options are given as are demonstrations of the moves. Music is upbeat and I really know I have had a workout when I leave the pool ! 

I highly recommend Michelle as an instructor! I highly recommend her classes!

FITSTEPS

Fitsteps is a unique dance fitness class that is ‘so much fun you don’t even realise you’re getting fit!’ It came to life in 2013 as the result of a collaboration between two of the UK’s most famous ballroom dancers and Britain’s most successful swimmer. These group exercise classes are based around twelve of the most popular Latin and Ballroom dances. Each dance genre has specific steps matched to it and Michelle choreographs her dance workouts so that varying degrees of intensity are offered (both high impact and low impact training), making her Fitsteps classes suitable and achievable for everyone, no matter what age, gender or previous experience! Beginners are always welcome. Find one of our daytime, evening or weekend Fitsteps classes.

CARDIO DANCE MIX

Cardio Dance Mix is a fun, energetic dance fitness class created and choreographed by Michelle, our group exercise instructor. It is a full body aerobic dance workout which uses dance styles from all around the world including Bollywood, Merengue, Jive, Soca and many more! With easy to follow steps, you do not need to be a dancer to enjoy this exercise class. This lively cardio workout is guaranteed to get your heart pumping and leave you with a smile on your face!

KETTLEBELL TRAINING

Kettlebells are free weights ( often made of cast iron) that resemble a flat-bottomed cannonball with a handle. Kettlebell training combines a full body cardiovascular, strength and flexibility workout in a fun, weight-lifting fitness class.  One of the many benefits of this functional strength training class is that many of the exercises are low impact and require the use of major muscle groups at once. Kettlebells are different to other weight training tools because the kettlebell's weight is not evenly distributed. This means your body has to work hard to stabilise and counterbalance using core strength. Beginners are always welcome -no experience is necessary to feel the many benefits of this fitness class.

WATERWORKS AQUA AEROBICS

Waterworks is an exciting, effective aqua aerobics class which uses fun, choreographed routines to give you a full body workout. We have a new release of routines every 12 weeks to keep things fresh. Water aerobics is a very versatile fitness class suitable for everyone- you can choose your intensity level. This low impact but energetic exercise class, brings together all the benefits of working in shallow water whilst incorporating both cardiovascular and resistance training in one enjoyable workout.
