I could rave about Michelle’s fitness classes for hours but in a nutshell, they are fun, motivating, make your body feel free and alive, safe, for all levels, interesting, good for both cardio and strength, totally sustainable and did I say fun?!! As for Michelle, she is truly one of the nicest people you will ever meet, so welcoming and patient....and she really knows her stuff so you can be sure of a good safe workout to great music that just leaves you feeling fantastic. Over 2 years in and I still get excited going to class - thank you Michelle, you totally revived my love of exercising.
Michelle's Fitsteps classes are just brilliant. She makes learning the different latin and ballroom dance routines fun and easy and has really helped me refine my dance technique and improve my stamina. I always used to look forward to her classes at the gym and now I love getting the link to her online classes every week. She has worked hard to produce great routines covering latin and ballroom dance styles that are easy to follow and broken down in detail for anyone who is new to the sessions. Michelle also gives lower impact options where appropriate and lots of encouragement throughout each dance so that the sessions are suitable for all levels of fitness.
Michelle is an energetic, friendly, and motivating instructor. Classes are fun! She makes everyone feel comfortable and welcome and I always leave feeling like I've had a good workout.
Michelle gives very clear instructions and demonstrations of the moves in her Fitsteps class, and options for different levels of intensity, so there is always a choice for you to follow. The music is upbeat and often has the class singing along! It really is a fun way to get a workout !
I've never attended an Aqua class quite as good as Michelle's! Dispelling the myth that Aqua is only for the older & less fit among us, this class really does stand out from any I have been to before! Again, different intensity options are given as are demonstrations of the moves. Music is upbeat and I really know I have had a workout when I leave the pool !
I highly recommend Michelle as an instructor! I highly recommend her classes!

I have been attending Michelle's aqua classes at the Castle Royle Club ever since she started there and absolutely love them! She makes working out fun and enjoyable with her enthusiasm and energy. She is inspirational. She takes care to ensure we are all fit and well before the class begins and watches everyone throughout the session even while she is doing the exercises with us. I just wish Michelle did more than one class a week there.
Michelle is a friendly and energetic instructor who motivates us to give each dance our all but she always gives different options to suit your fitness level. Her classes are one of the highlights of my week!
Michelle's delightful personality makes the Fitsteps classes fun! Experience of other instructors has shown me just how skilled Michelle is in adapting to different ability levels and yet inspiring to us all. Fitsteps enables me to enjoy dance without needing a partner. Boredom is never an issue as there is a variety of dance styles during each class and Michelle frequently introduces new routines. Good for the mind as well as the body- I smile through every class!
Having joined many aqua classes, I find Michelle's to be the best. She puts a lot of planning into her lessons,
incorporating fitness and fun. Great workout leaving with a smile!
I always really look forward to Michelle's kettlebell class and always try to fit an extra one in if my diary allows. She has such great energy about her, all exercises are explained in such a clear way with brilliant demonstrations and hand on guidance if needed. We always have great fun and leave the class sweaty but smiling- keep doing you Michelle as you are fab at it!

Michelle is an amazing instructor. She's funny, very enthusiastic and dedicated to what she is doing. Very professional without being pompous. The thing that I like about the classes is that there's always an easier, less intense option to choose. She also looks fabulous doing the moves - she knows her stuff.
Absolutely love the classes- great music, great fun and you don't realise you're working out! Michelle is a great teacher, she will demonstrate the dance steps and gives you the option of lower impact steps to try. I always leave the class feeling good.
Really good dance exercise classes, although you don't need to be a dancer. Michelle gives lots of encouragement and breaks down the moves, making it a lot of fun.

The best exercise classes in Reading!
Absolutely brilliant classes with a fab teacher. Classes are friendly and fun. You get to learn a new dance every week keeping it fresh and exciting. Highly recommend giving it a try!
Michelle's kettlebell class is great- weight bearing exercise without having to step foot in a gym and a good cardiovascular workout too! Michelle is really professional, explaining the aim of each exercise and how to do it safely but keeping it fun.
